Too Much Already?

Do you ever feel that you just do too much typing? Ever wondered if there was a way to speed up your work on your PC? Relax, help is at hand - Ian Reed shows you how to save your hands and perhaps your sanity by using two free features in Microsoft Word, AutoCorrect and AutoText.

AutoCorrect

AutoCorrect is designed to correct your common typing errors automatically It can:

* Change two initial capitals (e.g. THe to The).
* Capitalise the first letter of a day (e.g. monday to Monday).
* Capitalise the first letter of a sentence.

To get to the AutoCorrect menu, click on Tools and select AutoCorrect, you will then be shown the AutoCorrect option box.
