Most requested – the top 100

Jobs and planning applications head a new top 100 of most frequently used search terms published by Open Objects Software. The survey looked at search terms submitted in over 200,000 requests to 12 Local Authority web sites.

New research announced by Open Objects Software in December identifies the 100 subjects most frequently requested on Local Authority websites. Results were analysed from twelve sites representing a range of local government environments.
