Success and recognition for Multikulti

The work of the Multikulti project to make community information available on the Internet in other languages continued to forge ahead in 2004. The project also achieved success in securing future funding and gained further recognition for its pioneering work. Best Social Innovation 2004

Multikulti has won the Best Social Innovation 2004 award (Communications Category) from the Institute for Social Inventions/Global Ideas Bank. The Global Ideas Bank promotes good creative ideas to improve society. It also encourages the public to generate ideas, and participate in the problem-solving process.
