The latest results to be published from the Socitm Insight Website Take up Service show the Government’s take up campaign has had a positive impact on awareness of council websites and referrals to them from other sites including www.direct.gov.uk/mycouncil. Usage of some specific services highlighted by the campaign, including library book renewals schools information and job vacancies, also appears to have risen during the campaign period.
